Telered has a corporate volunteer team called “Me Sumo”, focused on channeling and empowering the energy and talent of the “Telers” in favor of the communities around us, in a strategic and organized way.
This movement promotes the Telered culture in the community through innovative, high impact, sustainable, replicable and transformative projects.
Its purpose is to “Transform the lives of people and the environment through innovation”.
“Me Sumo” has the following objectives:
- Strengthen the Telered culture among employees through volunteer experiences that allow them to live, internalize and promote the values of the organization.
- Contribute to the improvement of the work environment, increasing the positive perception of how the company contributes to the community and encouraging a good work-life balance.
- Facilitate transcendence in employees through volunteer experiences in areas that they are passionate about and that have a positive and significant impact on the lives of others.
- Contribute to the integral development of employees, offering them a variety of activities that promote high participation and invite employees to understand and work in diverse social realities that challenge their talents.
